The investor support Office of the city of Elk has launched a new Sub investment investin.elk.pl, which represents the most important information and benefits for entrepreneurs wishing to invest capital in our the city.

On the page are m.in. information about the free areas investment tenders and investment events economic, tax incentives, training, etc.

On the investin.elk.pl are m.in:

• information about the infrastructure
• support for the investor (the scope of assistance from the city)
• the base offers investment areas in Elk

Currently the platform has a description of 13 investment areas. Each m.in contains: locations and areas, photo galleries, information about real estate, transportation, a description of the infrastructure.

The investor service operates from 2018. the structure of the Department of planning and Economy Elk City Real Estate.

The tasks of the Office include the m.in:

1) preparing the complete offer the city's investment, its revision and update, including the supervision of data necessary for its development.

2) Updated data on investment deals the portal Of and attention to the accuracy of the information, including the supervision of the the admin of the page.

3) verification of investment deals and activities Office Investor Service for compliance with the strategic documents of the city, particularly in urban governance and management of real estate.

4) Organization of and participation in events organized by the Office of activities to promote investment offer.

5) provision of information to entrepreneurs and investors, in this presentation held by City investment deals.

6) Organizing visits if necessary investors ' positioning in the city, and interoperability with other actors in this area.

7) Assist investors in the necessary procedures Administrative and legal purposes at the level of municipalities, that occur during the process .
