Property for sale
City of Elk has for sale by oral tender unlimited property undeveloped land located in Ełk at Ul. Łukasiewicza, marked in land registers Nos: 2517/1 and 1325/67 with a total capacity of 0.0016 ha, intended for compact economic and garage development.
Price
is PLN 2,160.00 net (two
thousand one hundred and sixty zlotys), including:
- the starting price of ownership of the land
undeveloped in the amount of PLN 1,360.00 (in words: one thousand three hundred
sixty zlotys 00/100);
- starting price of ground easement
in the amount of PLN 800.00 (in words: eight hundred zlotys 00/100).
To the price obtained in the invitation to tender shall be added to the VAT at the rate applicable to the the date of conclusion of the contract of sale.
The call for tenders will take place on 06 October 2020 10:00 a.m. in the conference room at the Elk City Hall, ul. Piłsudski 4.
The tender may be open to persons who:
(1) provide a security of PLN 400.00 gross by 01 October 2020:
2) do not have a financial backlog against the City of Elk, and make a declaration of non-arreachation in the fees, Office of The Office of The Office of The City of Elk - Room No. 02, by 01 October 2020.
