On Monday, may 29, was signed the contract with the contractor of the reconstruction and extension of 4 ełckich courtyards.
Within the framework of the project "Now time for a change" be treated in the Centre of the yard Elk:
-land. Gizewiusza 4-8 in Elk,
-land. Gdańsk 30-38 and ul. Gizewiusza 1 in Elk,
-land. Polish Army 14, 16, 18 in Elk,
-land. Polish Army 7 and 9 in Elk.
As part of the construction work foreseen for the implementation of:
· the execution of commuting and parking places,
· management of green areas,
· installation of street furniture (benches and litter bins),
· dehydration of the site through the construction of drainage,
· implementation of area lighting rewitalizowanych courtyards.
By tender there were artist investment-DROGBUD ELK Chocian Clark Partnership, ul. Suwalska 84 E, 19-300 Elk, of which 29 may contract has been signed.
Investment: $1,271,238.49
The total value of the project after the Elk: 2 205 317, 98 €
Funding amount: 1 874 520, $27
Own contribution: 330 797, £ 71
Planned date of completion of the investment is 15 September 2017.
