"Mazagan. The city" invite spectators to participate in a joint play and experiment. The inspiration for Benjamin Bukowski's drama is the story of Mazagan , a city that has passed the ocean. The Portuguese city of Morocco was moved to Belem, South America, after being besieged by the Moors in 1769. Mazagan for the creators of the show becomes an image of every house that we build where we stop – even for a short time.
The show takes place as part of the TEATR POLSKA program implemented by the Theatre Institute of Zbigniew Raszewski from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
It was implemented with the financial help of the Local Government of the Warmia and Mazury Region.
