Based on the ideas of residents Elk was the concept of the management of the square. Gen. Aleksander Krzyżanowski "Wolf", located at ul. Slovak (at the former cinema "Polonia").
The initial two concepts management of the square has prepared a business case study SP. z o.o. SP. k. of Warsaw, on the basis of proposals and suggestions ełczan collected during the public consultation organized by Planning Forms Real may 13, 2017, Then, 22 November 2017, in the municipality of Elk, a meeting took place with the designer, during which residents presented their ideas and observations in relation to the presented proposals. Up to 28 November, there was also an opportunity to comment in electronic form.
The designers have taken part of the proposal. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the result of the final work on the concept of management of the square.
The city of Elk will be sought for the preparation of the technical documentation and obtaining external funding for the implementation of this investment.
The task was carried out in the framework of the project "the new Downtown Of Elk-formula for revitalization", co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the operational programme technical support 2014-2020 and the State budget.
