Small orders - the possibility of submitting comments to tenders in accordance with Article 19a

Pursuant to Article 19a(4), within 7 days from the date of publication of the
tenders, i.e. from 6 to 12 February 2026, comments on the tenders may be submitted
submitted pursuant to Article 19a of the Act of 24 April 2003 on
activities of public benefit and volunteering
• by sending an e-mail with comments to the following address: bop@um.elk.pl.
•
by submitting a letter with comments to the general office of the Ełk City Hall (ul.
Piłsudskiego 4) or at the Office for Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations
Ełk Town Hall (3 Małeckich Street, location no. 10.1)
