8 June 2017. 9:00-14:00 will take place the Conference "employment of foreigners in theory and practice. Verification and control of the employment of foreigners from the perspective of practitioners ".

The event is addressed to employers who employ or ponder over the employment of foreigners. The issues presented are intended to bring the subject of lawful employment of foreigners and show the most common mistakes by employers.

Topics covered will be m.in. the following topics:

·         the situation in the local market,

·         workers from the East to support Polish companies,

·         an instance of the experts in the field: labour law, provisions on the procedures for recruitment of foreigners,

·         the changes that await employers in connection with the prepared amendments of the provisions of the Ministry of labour and social policy,

·         control of legality of employment,

·         an instance of the representatives from Ukraine, who deal with the rekrutacjami workers from Ukraine and provide export services in the context of the posting of workers from Ukraine to Polish companies

·         the problems they may encounter during the employment of foreigners,

·         rules for employment of foreigners under the law,
