Academy Manager of innovation is the authoring program, counselling and training, focused on the acquisition by the company and its managers key competences necessary for the development and implementation of innovation. This program is directed to entrepreneurs and managers who are looking for ways to increase your company's competitive advantage in the market, improving the efficiency of and processes in the company, as well as increase profitability and create brand innovation.

AMI offer made within the period from March to October 2019 year will consist of a training panel and the Advisory Panel.

The training phase is implemented will be recurring formula, which will be held lectures and complementary thematic workshops while stage advice run across 170 hours will be implemented directly in the the company with the participation of consultants between exits.

The scope of the training phase will include 6 thematic areas based on the diagnostic tool Innovation Health Check to test the level of innovation of the company:

• Culture of innovation

• Understanding business

• The strategy

• Organizational structure

• The potential and resources

• Processes

The result of the participation in the AMI workers will equip them with the necessary powers to manage the process of change leading to innovation, strengthen the innovative process management skills and generate innovation by the employees of the company.

The programme is co-financed by EU funds in the amount of:

• 80% for small and medium-sized enterprises

• 50% for large undertakings

The amount of contribution for the participation of three people delegated from the company is ok. 19 200 PLN net for small and medium-sized enterprises and ok. 48 000 PLN net for large.
