Recruitment of tenders for the implementation of the task of the municipality of Ełk by NGOs in 2020 it will be carried out through the Witkac.pl from 23 December 2019 until the funds are exhausted, but not later than 30 September 2020.

Activities for NGOs 2020: total amount of appropriations 130 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 00 10 000 PLN.

Culture 2020: total amount of funds 100 thousand PLN.

Sport (universal, competitive, children and young people and people disabled persons): total amount of PLN 200,000.
