Thermomodernization of the building at ul. Gdansk 20

The city of Ełk has signed a contract for the thermomodernization of the tenement house at 20 Gdańskia Street. As part of the investment, it will be m.in. renovated roofing, replaced window joinery,co-operated installation of domestic hot water and cold water in all apartments. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2020. The total value of the task is almost PLN 421 000, of which around 81% is a grant from the EU.
