We remind you that uninhabited properties are such properties where no one lives and municipal waste is generated, which constitute public buildings, offices, commercial premises and catering, galleries, crafts, service, production, schools, kindergartens, hotels, restaurants, Family Garden Plots, etc.

Municipal waste collection system organised by the property owners are covered, who are mentioned in the above mentioned resolution. They are obliged to:

1) make a statement of the quantities produced waste for properties in the resources of housing associations or housing communities,

2) submission of declarations by owners so-called "freestanding" non-resourced cooperatives housing communities or housing communities for tut. Office.

The owners of the above-mentioned property will pay a fee for municipal waste management to the individual account provided so far.

Owners of uninhabited properties, not covered by municipal waste collection system organised by the Office, from 01 June 2015. are required to conclude individual contracts for the reception and development of municipal waste with an entrepreneur entered in the register of activities operated by the Mayor of Elk. List of entrepreneurs, the above-mentioned contract is given on the www.czystyelk.plpage.

Simultaneously we inform you that copies of the concluded contracts for the reception of municipal rainfall uninhabited properties are required to provide or transmit:

1) by electronic scan of the contract to the addresses of the e-mail: um@um.elk.pl or a.jablonska@um.elk.pl;

2) to the Financial Department pok. 04 or pok. 243.

Property not covered by a scheme which are obliged to conclude a contract for the collection of waste municipal authorities, by way of a change in the law, are not obliged to submit the so-called 'red tape' declaration. "zero".
