For the purpose of the consultation is to gather comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from interested residents of Elk on the following draft resolutions:

1. Draft Council resolution City of Elk on citizens' resolution initiatives of residents Elk.
2. Draft Council resolution City of Elk on the definition of the procedure and rules for the consultation with the inhabitants of elk.
3. Draft Council resolution City of Elk on the definition of the mode and detailed evaluation criteria requests for a public task under a local initiative.
4. Draft Council resolution City of Elk on the definition of the appointment procedure and the organisation and mode of operation of the Council of Public Benefit Activities of the City of Elk.
5. Draft Council resolution City of Elk on a detailed consultation with the Council Activities of the Public Benefit City of Elk or organizations non-governmental organisations and the entities referred to in Article 1(1)(a) and (b) of Directive 91/ Whereas article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No Article 3 of the Act of 24 April 2003 on public benefit activities and voluntary service of projects acts of local law in the fields relating to statutory activities these organisations.

Territorial scope of the consultation is the area of the city of Elk. In public consultation may be attended by the inhabitants of Elk

Forms public consultation:

(a) the transfer to the President of a completed and signed by the authorised persons of the consultation form with an opinion on the project in the duration of the consultations;
