People with a trusted profile from 1 July, they can apply electronically for family allowance and maintenance fund benefit for the new period 2020/2021. Applications submitted by traditional means (in paper form) will be accepted from 1 August.

From July 1, you can submit applications for family allowances and benefits from the child support fund for the new benefit period 2020/2021. Folding applications shall be carried out through an information and service portal Emp@tia of the using a trusted profile.

You can also fully confirm your trusted profile online, using your bank (excluding the confirmation point). The list of banks indicated by the Ministry of Digitisation: PKO BP, ING Bank Śląski, Bank Millennium, Inteligo, Bank Pekao. mBank Santander Alior Bank and Envelo.

When you create a trusted profile just log in by:

- information and services portal Emp@tia on https://empatia.mpips.gov.pl/ page

- ZUS Electronic Services Platform

and fill in and submit the application of your choice.

We encourage all parents to apply for family allowances and benefits from the child maintenance fund in an electronic way, which will allow for the to avoid the accumulation of multiple people at one time at the office. In the form of applications may be submitted from 1 August.
