Proceed to the amendment of the local zoning plan "Ełk- Konieczki" called "Ełk- Konieczki II"

In on 27 January 2021, the Elk City Council adopted Resolution No XXVI.252.2021, In on the accession to the amendment of the local development plan spatial "Ełk – Konieczki", called "Ełk – Konieczki II'.
Area the development site includes an area for which a local zoning, called "Elk-Konieczki", adopted 27 May 2008. Quarter U1 covered by the proposed amendment, with an area of approximately 2.18 ha, is located on the territory of the settlement Konieczki, in the northern part of the of the city. This area is a southern part of the 'Elk– Ends" and borders the streets: General W. Sikorski, K. A. Bahrkego and Cologne. Goal to amend the existing local plan zoning, is in particular a modification of the u1 quarter, concerning the allowable sales area and updating the plan's findings to the existing rules Rights.
