Crossing the bridge on The Castle Street – from May only up to 8 tons

On the bridge at The Castle Street in Elk
from 1 May 2021, the tonnage limit will apply to 8 tonnes. There will be a ban on the entry of lorries
maintaining the speed limit of up to 30 km/h. Timetable of public transport buses on line No.
Article 10 shall remain unchanged. Drivers, please pay attention to the new
marking.
From May 1
2021, a ban will be introduced on the historic bridge on Castle Street
entry of cars
trucks over 8 tonnes while maintaining the speed limit to
30 km/h. Introduction of restrictions
is caused by measures to properly maintain the technical condition of the
Bridge.
Urban
The Department of Transport in Elk does not foresee changes in the bus timetable in
in both directions on line 10. The movement of buses along the route will take place as
and a bus with a smaller tonnage will be allowed on the route.
