The Mayor of Elk shall make public the list of residential units at Ul. Sikorski 8, intended for sale by way of a non-tariff sale to tenants.

The Mayor of Elk shall make public the list of residential premises intended for sale by means of a non-out-of-the-way to tenants.

Acting on the basis of Article 35(1) of the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1990, 2019 item 2020 and 2021 item 11 and 234)

made public

that, at the headquarters of tut. Office at Piłsudski Street No. 4 on 01.07.2021 – 21.07.2021 were posted on the bulletin board (I-wsze floor) a list of dwellings No. 144, located in building 8 at the ul. Gen. Władysław Sikorski Ełk, intended for sale in through a non-outlier route to tenants together with the sale of a share of the plot no. 236/4.
