Scholarships are awarded in one of the the following fields: visual arts, theatre and performing arts, music and dance, singing, literature, film, photography, organization of events cultural in the city of Ełk.

Scholarship can be received by a person who acts in the area of culture in the city of Ełk, and also undertook or continues artistic education, artistic studies or otherwise improves the skills artistic. Scholarship applicants should, according to their level education, take part in concerts, exhibitions, reviews, competitions, festivals, tournaments, artistic Olympiads of regional scope, nationwide or international, obtaining significant results in them. Scholarship holders under the received support must also present the effect their activities related to the implementation of the scholarship program to the residents of the city Ełk in the form specified in the scholarship agreement. Each scholarship holder should be characterized by to have an impeccable attitude.

Creative achievements are taken into account and artistic, which covers the last three years of creativity. Applications can be submit by November 30 at the Ełk City Hall.

Important information for candidates for Grantees:

• there is an obligation to submit a recommendation, which issued to the applicant by a person with a significant cultural heritage and Art
• the scholarship application form requires m.in. a detailed description of the scholarship program (min. 1500 characters), which will enable verification of the legitimacy of financial support for occupying persons artistic creation and dissemination of culture and art.
