Changes in the "Clean Air" Programme – the call for proposals has started

The call for applications for co-financing under the third part of the "Clean Air" programme. You can get funding up to 69 thousand. €

"Clean" programme Air" is financed by funds of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. Goal the program is to improve air quality and reduce gas emissions Greenhouse. It is achieved by replacing non-ecological heat sources and improving the energy efficiency of single-family residential buildings.

Co-financing can be obtain for the replacement of old and inefficient furnaces with modern sources Heat. An application can also be submitted to carry out the necessary work thermo-modernization of the building, provided that we have a boiler of the highest standard or we plan to replace an inefficient heat source.

On January 25, 2022, the call for applications for co-financing under the third part of the "Clean Air" programme from the highest co-financing up to PLN 69,000 with a monthly income not greater than 900 or 1260 PLN per person.

Applies to, respectively:

  • multi-person (900 PLN) and single (1260 PLN) households
  • persons with an established right to benefit.

Another of the changes that have been introduced is the m.in.

  • taking into account the possibility of financing from "Clean Air" when the co-financing is combined with municipal umbrella programmes (in which the applicant does not become the owner of the boiler until the end of the period durability),
  • enabling longer project implementation when settlement is delayed results from the postponement of the date of gas connection by the operator.

In addition, significant changes included:

  • approval of dual-fuel boilers gasifying wood and burning wood pellets, as consistent with the objectives of the "Clean Air" program
  • clarification of requirements for chimney ducts in the case of boilers on solid fuel, for safety reasons.

In addition to the third part of the program with the possibility of co-financing up to PLN 69,000, the previous two parts of the program are still in force:

The first – i.e. the basic level of co-financing to PLN 30,000 – for people with annual income up to PLN 100,000

The second – an increased level of co-financing to 37 thousand. PLN – counting the average monthly income per person up to PLN 1564 on the farm multi-person and up to PLN 2189 in a single-person farm.
