The purpose of the consultation is to collect comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from interested persons, non-governmental organisations and other entities whose statutory objectives are related to the prevention of addiction.

Public consultations of the project of the Municipal Programme Prevention and Solution of Alcohol Problems and Counteracting Drug addicts of the City of Ełk for 2022 take place from 11.03.2022 and will last until 17.03.2022

Forms public consultation:

Form Intermediate:

• sending a completed and signed form consultancy during the consultation period by traditional mail to the address of the Office Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk or personal delivery a completed and signed form to the General Chancellery of the City of Ełk at 4 Piłsudskiego Street.

Form Direct:

• submitting comments directly to an employee of the Department Social Policy of the Ełk City Hall during the consultation duty, on days and office hours in the building at 2 Piłsudskiego Street.
