Test Cooper was invented for the U.S. Army in 1968. It consists of a 12-minute uninterrupted running and is now widely used for physical fitness testing primarily athletes. The purpose of the test is to determine the maximum efficiency aerobic (the so-called oxygen ceiling V02max), which is a determinant of the condition Physical.

12 minutes is the time when you have to cover the longest possible distance. On the treadmill markers with distance marking will be placed. Individual result can be will compare with a special table assigned to age and gender, which will determine the participant's level of fitness.
