'The Elk Charter Families 3+" citizens of Ukraine will be granted to Ukrainian families with many children. Cards will be issued free of charge until 30 September 2022 after positive verification of the application no longer than within two months from the date of its submissions together with attachments.

The card is issued by the Department of Social Policy of the City of Ełk at the same time to everyone eligible family members, parents or legal guardians and children, who have reached the age of 3 and the person authorized to receive them is Applicant. Children under 3 years of age benefit from discounts only in the presence of parents, Card holders.

The application should be accompanied by the PESEL number assigned by the Ełk City Hall and present a document confirming your identity.

"Ełk Family Card 3+ to citizens of Ukraine" aims to:

1) Assistance to families from Ukraine,

2) increasing access to   Offers   cultural, recreational, sports and rehabilitation,

3) strengthening the family and supporting the implementation of the function of a large family,

4) improvement of material conditions and strengthening of fitness large families.

This action is an element of social policy implemented in the City of Ełk, which gives the opportunity to:

• Support large families,
• Promotion model of a large family,
• Shaping a positive image of her.

The card entitles you to:

• 50% discounts/discounts on the use of the offer and on participation in events organized by the Ełk Cultural Centre.
• 50% discounts/discounts on the use of the offer and on participation in events organized by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre in Ełk.
• 25% discounts/reductions on the use of the offer of public kindergartens run by Gmina Miasto Ełk.
• Museum Historical in Ełk.

• in the Department of Social Policy of the City of Ełk, 2 Piłsudskiego Street, room No 15,
• by e-mail to the following address: karta3plus@um.elk.pl,
• and by post to the address of the Ełk City Hall, Department of Social Policy , 2 Piłsudskiego Street, room No. 15 with the note " Elk Charter Families 3+ citizens Ukraine".
