As part of the Startup Heroes project launched is a package of expert services, among others in the field of law, patent protection and Marketing. Each start-up has its own supervisor, supervising the proper course Incubation.

Science and Technology Park in Ełk, 7 companies incubate each cycle, each of them receives support in the form of de minimis aid worth approx. PLN 94,000 and professional care incubation manager.

Examples of types support in the project:

• Surfaces office (coworking),

• workshop and public speaking training,

• consultancy accounting, legal, tax,

• Basic marketing support, portfolio,

• Training pitching.

In addition, offered there is also support:

• Technical technological, engineering, IT, design,

• in the area of management and entrepreneurship in terms of the developed idea,

• Dot. analysis of customer needs,

• Dot. graphic design, creation of names and trademarks,

• in the area of protection of industrial property rights.
