Festival Economic Promotion of Warmia and Mazury is a meeting place for people involved in promotion, building the potential of local government, attracting and servicing investors, creating an investment offer of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.

Main the organizer of the event is the local government of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, and this year's partner and co-organizer is the City of Ełk. Event has a conference and workshop character. This year's main theme is "E-economy Warmia and Masuria".

Festival opened yesterday officially in the Ełk Cultural Center Gustaw Marek Brzezin Marszałek Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The guests were also welcomed by the president of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz:

- I am very happy, that we can meet and talk about the economy, about the development of our region (...) Very it is important that Warmia and Masuria have a coherent image and I am glad that in a number of projects are planned for the new financial perspective, which will implement local governments, showing that on the one hand it is a region of beautiful landscapes, and, on the other hand, a region where there is no shortage of creativity, entrepreneurship, in which startups develop perfectly.

In on the first day of the festival, the participants listened to the lectures and took part in the panels Discussion. Among the speakers were m.in.:  Robert Szewczyk Director of the Promotion Coordination Department at the Office Marszałkowski in Olsztyn and Dr. Artur Bartoszewicz assistant professor at the Department Public Policy of the Warsaw School of Economics.

In the panels were attended by m.in. Anna Ciesielska, Vice-President of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and New Technologies, Dr. Sebastian Grabowski, President of the ArchitectsPL Foundation, lecturer at the Jagiellonian University. One of the panelists was also Mayor of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz.

In the program of the first day also included a competence workshop "Marketing innovations – how to promote event on the Internet" led by Marta Rogalewska – lecturer at Bialystok University of Technology, project manager, co-founder of two agencies creative and technological.

In Thursday evening there was a solemn Gala of the Festival, at which he was the PRO Warmia and Mazury 2021 competition has been resolved. One of the winners was Park Science and Technology in Ełk, which received the main prize in the category Economic Promotion for the project: "Information campaign Ełk 4.0 and projects implemented in PNT". The award was received by the director of PNT Agnieszka Pietrowicz from Colleagues.

Second Festival Day (21 October) takes place in the Science and Technology Park in Ełk and provides for the presentation of good practices in the city of Ełk and visits studio in Comeco Sp. z o. o. and Saxdor Shipyard Sp. z o. o.

Action projects and undertakings resulting from the exchange of experience, good practices and the knowledge of specialists will certainly support image of our province as a region that is business-friendly on the one hand, and efficiently on the other – using original and innovative promotional channels.

Our the city hosts the festival for the second time, this time its 11th edition. In Ełk held the third edition of the Festival in 2013.
