We remind you that not only municipal services, but also property owners or managers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order (e.g. cleaning up leaves, mud or other debris) of pedestrian roads along the property.

Municipal services can make checks in the above scope. In the event of failure to comply with the above-mentioned obligations, in accordance with the Maintenance Act cleanliness and order in municipalities, property managers may be imposed fine.
