Currently talks are being held with companies that are adequately equipped with scales and means of transport so as to ensure the widest possible convenient terms of purchase.

Unanimously with regulations, coal at preferential prices will be entitled to people, which meet the conditions entitling to the payment of the coal supplement. Price of sales will not be higher than PLN 2,000 gross per ton.

In under this law, it will be possible to buy up to 1.5 tons until December 31, 2022 and then up to 1.5 tonnes by 30 April 2023 Eligible residents, interested parties when buying coal, they will be required to submit an appropriate application.
