Urban Sports and Recreation Centre with the aim of promoting active relaxation among residents and showing the values natural and landscape of Ełk and the surrounding area, organizes competitions on orientation "Orient yourself to Elk".

First The round will take place on May 21 at 9:30 am. Applications can be made to Wednesday 17 May at: http://mosir.elk.pl/imprezy/zorientuj-sie-elkrunda-1/

Second The competition round will take place on Sunday, September 17. Notification on-line for the second round lasts until September 13. Venue of both rounds Competition will be announced soon.

In The competition can be attended by all comers without restrictions age, children up to 14 years of age can take part in the competition under the supervision of adults.

Competition They take place on three routes to choose from:

- green (family, exercise, easy) – without classification. Maps typical colourful, route length approx. 6-7 km

- yellow (intermediate) - classification in categories - women (1 person), men (1 person), teams (2-5 people). Maps colourful typical, route length approx. 15-17 km

- Red (advanced) - classification in categories - women (1 wasps), males (1 person). Unusual, incomplete, transformed maps, Route length approx. 15-20 km
