A targeted subsidy from the budget of the city of Ełk can be received sports clubs conducting sports activities in the city of Ełk, non-operating for profit, which participate in an organized sports competitions in team and individual disciplines.

The condition for sports clubs to apply for The grant for the implementation of the task is:

1. Association in the Sports Club of Players practicing a specific sport and holding a license athlete, application form issued by an authorized Polish sports association or another document entitling to participate in a sports competition,

2. achieving significant results in competition nationwide or international confirmed by relevant documents.

The implementation of projects covers the period from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2023

For the implementation of tasks in the field of sport development in 2023 year in the second call remained: 37 900 zł.

Total amount allocated to the grant in 2023: 160 000 PLN

Subsidy It can be used for:

1) implementation of sports training programs players and training staff;

2) purchase of sports equipment;

3) covering the costs of organizing sports competitions or participation in those competitions;

4) covering the costs of using the facilities sports for the purposes of sports training;

5) financing sports scholarships awarded by the club on the basis of regulations approved by the Mayor of the City Elk.

The following may not be financed by the grant:

1. Payment of salaries to players or officials sports club;

2. transfers of a player from another sports club;

3. payment of penalties, fines and other penalty fees imposed on a sports club or a player of that club;

4. The sports club's liabilities in respect of the loan, credit or redemption of securities and servicing costs Debt;

5. costs incurred by the applicant for the implementation of the project prior to the conclusion of the grant agreement.

The amount of co-financing from the budget of the city of Ełk may represent no more than 90 % of the total planned implementation costs of the proposed undertaking.

The application with the required attachments must be submitted by 31 May 2023 inclusive (decides postmark date), with the annotation: "Application for a grant to support a development project sport in Ełk" and the name of the entity submitting the application, in the general office Piłsudskiego 4, room 02 or send by post to the following address: Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk with an annotation on the envelope as above.

Applications submitted after the above deadline will not be Considered.
