Group Dziurawa Skarpeta was created in Ełk in 2010, in the same year The first part of a three-part film project was created "Leaky sock".

Kamil Gęślicki – author of the title of the film and the name of the group, together with Mariusz Loba, Jakub Wierzchoń, Krystian Supllicki, Beata Malinowska, Sylwia Bokuniewicz made the first part of "Dziurawa Socks." Kamil Gęślicki died tragically two years later and the third part of "Leaky Sock" is dedicated to him. It is a collective work, but it is responsible for the final effect streetworker Michał Łebski. The third part is a story about acceptance, friendship and, above all, love. On the other hand It is a eloquently timely story about today's imperfect World.

Implementation the last part of "Leaky Sock" began in the year 2020 on the Greek island of Lesvos. During the pandemic flooding the world a group reached the Moria refugee camp located there people associated with the Human "Lex" Institute Foundation and two other organizations.

In the project was attended by: Michał Łebski, Sandra Chmielewska , Patrycja Milanowska, Dawid Kłubowicz, Szymon Grygo.
Group Dziurawa Skarpeta also brings together people from abroad, m.in. from Germany, Greece and England and the partners of the project supported by the programme Erasmus Plus and the City of Elk are organizations K.A.N.E and Refocus Media Labs.
