"Women's Self-Defense – Trust the Military" free training

Military Recruitment Center in Ełk cordially invites you to take part in free trainings "Women's self-defense – trust military." In Ełk, the women's self-defense course will take place this weekend (8-9 July) on the square at Pulaskiego Street.

Ministry of National Defence together with the Central Military Recruitment Centre and General Command of the Armed Forces organizes free self-defense training for adult Polish women. Workouts with experienced soldiers – instructors will take place on selected Saturdays and Sundays in spring and summer in city parks, on beaches, in sports centers and recreation throughout the Polish.

The project is implemented in each province on selected weekends from 27 May to August 20. Instructor soldiers will teach the basic rules everyday security, ways to detect and avoid threats. Show Hand-to-hand combat techniques useful in dangerous situations. This is an opportunity for all willing ladies to learn under the supervision of experienced instructors the basics of the ability to behave in life-threatening situations, or health, especially those resulting from physical violence against them. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about the principles of a healthy style life and refresh practical knowledge about the principles of first aid.

The aim of the project is to promote defence and build self-confidence in Crisis. Each participant of the training after completing it will receive commemorative certificate.

During the training of volunteers, their relatives, accompanying persons, can visit promotional and information points local military units. Anyone interested in serving in the military will could find comprehensive information about recruitment to the Armed Forces and talk with representatives of the Military Recruitment Center. In conclusion The training will not lack a culinary hit, which is Wojskowa pea soup.
