New Pastor of the Orthodox Parish in Ełk

Ks. Rafał Łaszczuk, new pastor of the Orthodox Parish of Saints The Apostles Peter and Paul in Elk and his wife met today (25 July) with President Tomasz Andrukiewicz.
Ks. Rafał Łaszczuk became the pastor of the Orthodox Parish of Saints Apostles Peter and Paul in Elk July 16, 2023 Comes from Bialystok. This year he was ordained a priest by Archbishop of Białystok and Gdańsk Jakub.
Today there was a meeting of the parish priest with President Tomasz Andrukiewicz in the Ełk Town Hall. The gentlemen talked about current activities in the parish and the needs of the local community of believers Orthodox Possible cooperation, and about one of the tasks that rested on Fr. Łaszczuk, that is, the completion of modernization of the Orthodox church at 9 Marii Konopnickiej Street in Ełk.
