Street Run 5-10-15

The Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre invites you to 27 August 2023 for the "5-10-15" street run. The route of the run forms a closed a 5 km long loop and leads along the promenade over Ełk Lake, Zamkowa Street. Inception events at 11:00 a.m. at the Environmental Education Center. Participation in The event is paid. Registration is required.
Program Professions:
- 8:00 - 10:15 - accepting applications and issuing starting numbers,
- 11:00 - ceremonial opening of the run
- 11:00 - start of the race at all distances
- 12:00 -picnic
- 12:45 - closing ceremony (award ceremony)
Into choice of 3 distances – 5 km, 10 km and 15 km:
- 5 km Competitors overcome the loop 1 time
- 10 km competitors overcome the loop 2 times
- 15 km competitors overcome the loop 3 times
Route It will have all kilometers marked: from 1 to 15. On the route there will be There were nutrition points.
