Following last year's initiatives, also this year will be the sixteenth edition Competition addressed to graduates of master's and engineering studies, undergraduate, doctoral and postgraduate students who undertook to write their work on Ełk, in the area of, for example, tourism and recreation, social policy, public administration or development Entrepreneurship.

Winners The prize pool of this year's prize is PLN 10,000.

To take participation in the competition, until October 15 you should submit a job to the Ełk City Hall.

Last year 18 works were submitted to the competition, including:

- 1 Work doctoral dissertation,

- 9 works Masters

- 2 Works Engineering

- 6 Works Undergraduate.

President of Elk, after reading the recommendation of the Jury, he awarded 3 prizes and 3 distinctions.

Subject competition works in the past year were diverse, but as always associated with the city of Elk. They concerned such areas as: landscape architecture, urban planning, spatial and tourist management, history of the city, pedagogy.
