Eco phone apps are mobile applications that are designed to promote, facilitate or supporting conservation activities and behaviours environment, sustainable development, ecology, reduction negative impacts on the climate and ecosystems and encouraging users to a greener lifestyle.

The aim of the competition is to develop innovative, creative thinking, entrepreneurial mentality, passion for creating innovative ideas in the initial phases of their development and stimulation of development activity Personal.

Who can participate?

• Beginners 'Beginners' – students of secondary schools in Ełk, age 18+

This year, in volunteers PNT secondary schools will conduct inspirational lessons that have encourage young people to participate in the competition. The start of the lesson is the end September/early October.

• Advanced 'Advanced' – any natural person whose socio-economic life is carried out in Ełk, age 18+

* Teams 1,2 or 3 – personal.

To participate, all you need to do is submit an idea for a mobile application on the application form about how to be more eco-friendly. On the application form The idea for a mobile application should be described in the subject matter – how to be more ECO.

Ideas will be evaluated under in terms of innovation, creativity and usability.

Dates:

• Call for proposals - from 16 October to 31 October,

• Grand Final of the Competition – 18 November in PNT in Ełk. During the final, the following will take place free UX DESIGN workshop on application design mobile for participants, teams working to improve functionalities of the proposed solutions, presentation of ideas, Evaluation of the jury and announcement of the results.

In both categories, the pool Team prizes are:

• for the occupation of the first places: 6 000 PLN,

• for second place: 4 000 PLN,

• for third place: 2 000 PLN

Other participants in the final They will receive material prizes.
