What is a participatory budget?

The participatory budget is part of the of our city's budget allocated to investment projects and non-investment, whose originators are the inhabitants of Ełk.

The money can be used various actions to improve the living and functioning of the Residents.

- Investment projects – e.g. construction, reconstruction, modernization, adaptation of pavements and infrastructure playgrounds and landscaping objects, as well as the development of recreational areas that can be used after the end of the Investment.

- Non-investment projects – activities aimed directly at all stakeholders, e.g. classes, workshops, actions, campaigns, programmes, festivals, concerts, seminars, conferences and other forms of social activity;

Show me which urban areas can be strengthened.

Soon we will invite the Elks to submit their projects. A minimum of 50 votes is enough.
