The aim of the competition is to popularize winter swimming, and the promotion of active spending of time outdoors and conscious contact with the cold.

The championships will be held at the following distances:

-        from 25 to 500 m

-        4x25 m and 8x50 m,

-        individual distances,

-        mixed freestyle relays.

Registration is open until Friday, December 8.

The start of the competition will take place on the Municipal Beach in Ełk at ul. Kolbe.

Confirmation of participation and collection of packages at the Race Office, which will be open:

- Friday, December 15 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.,

- Saturday, December 16 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Competition schedule:

9:00 a.m. – opening of the competition,

9:20 a.m. – first starts,

2:00 p.m. – end of the competition and award ceremony,

3:00 p.m. – end of the competition.

A detailed schedule of starts in individual categories will be announced by December 14.
