How to vote:

1. Resident or a resident of the city of Ełk may cast one vote for an investment project and one vote for a non-investment project.

2. Resident or a resident may vote:

- electronically on the https://elk.budzet-obywatelski.org portal or

- traditionally using a paper card at the Office for Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations at 3/10 Małeckie Street, from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

3. Determination results consists in counting the votes for individual projects and ranking them from the project with the most votes to the project with the fewest votes Votes.

4. In the event of an equal number of votes, a public draw is held.

5. Projects will be selected for implementation, the total cost of which is not exceeds the amount allocated to the Ełk Civic Budget in a given year Financial.
