Today is the last one the day of voting for the projects of the Ełk Participatory Budget. Take advantage of the your chance and decide which of the projects will receive funding. You can cast one vote per project investment project and one per non-investment project.

How to vote?

1. Resident or a resident of the city of Ełk may cast one vote for an investment project and one vote for a non-investment project.

2. Resident or a resident may vote:

-By electronic means on the https://elk.budzet-obywatelski.org/glosowanie today until 24:00 or

-traditionally using a paper card at the Office for Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations at 3/10 Małeckich Street during the working hours of the Office, i.e. until 3.30 p.m., or by sending a ballot by post, then the validity of the vote The date of the postmark is decisive.

5. Determination results consists in counting the votes for individual projects and ranking them from the project with the most votes to the project with the fewest votes.

6. In In the event of an equal number of votes, a public draw shall be held.

7. To projects with a total cost not exceeding the amount of the Ełk Participatory Budget in a given financial year.

Ełk Schedule Participatory Budget:

- Voting is ongoing 5 March 2024,

- Selection of projects: 6 – 20 March 2024,

-Typing selected projects to the budget of the city of Ełk: by 31 March 2024,

-implementation EBO 2023-2024 (tenders, contracts, investments, activities): IV-XII '2024
