On Saturday, April 27 from 12:00 p.m. at Plac Jana Paul II, another family tree planting will take place as part of the ecological "ONE CHILD-ONE TREE" event. This is a continuation of the launched in 2023, which met with great interest Residents. Therefore, 50 trees will be planted first from the applications of those who submitted them last year. Lime trees, oaks, maples, hornbeams and chestnut trees.

It is an ecological initiative that engages residents Ełk to symbolically commemorate the birth of their child, through joint planting a tree in the urban space. Growing trees will be a testimony to this beautiful events and will create history for future generations. Each The tree will be marked with a dedicated name plate with the child's date of birth. Participants of the event will receive a certificate and a commemorative plaque.
