Non-governmental organizations may participate in the public consultation and the entities referred to in article 1. 3 paragraphs 1 and 2. 3 of the Act of 24 April 2003 on the activities of public benefit and about volunteering, in the municipality Of Elk, whose statutory aim is to protect the animals.
Observations, conclusions and opinions from interested organisations to the project "programme of care homeless and to prevent animal homelessness in the city of Ełk in 2018 year" will be reported on a form public consultation.
Comments and feedback with the date of effect after January 12, 2018 year will not be considered.
The project "programme of care homeless and to prevent animal homelessness in the city of Ełk in 2018 year" and the consultation form will be available in the Bulletin of public information http://bip.warmia.mazury.pl/elk_gmina _ miejska/ : strategies, reports, develop/care homeless and to prevent animal homelessness in the city of Ełk.
A dossier for public consultation in printed form will be available in the Department of communal property of the city of Ełk, ul. Piłsudski 4 pok. # 244.
