The city of Ełk has for sale on the way Tender in writing unlimited two undeveloped ground properties Area: 0.4782 hectares and 0.8158 hectares, located at ul. Suburban, covered by Area of the Suwalska Special Economic Zone, the Ełk sub-area, Designed for service and production.

The starting prices are:

1) 242 300, 00 zł Tax excl.
Deposit – 48 460, 00 zł

2) 477 700, 00 zł Tax excl.

Deposit – 95 540, 00 zł

For property prices obtained in the tender VAT will be added at the rate applicable at the date of conclusion of the contract Sales.

Explicit Tendering Part will be held at the City Hall in Ełku in the conference room, at ul. Piłsudski 4, on 9 January 2020. 11:00.

By 3 January 2020:

-Bring the deposit to the account City office in Ełk PKO BP S.A. Nr 85 1020 4724 0000 3102 0038 8538-Z The property number (for each separate property of the deposit).

-Submit an offer in Closed envelope with the inscription "Offer-tender for sale of real estate Located in Ełku at UL. Suburban Office "in the seat of the town hall in Ełku, Ul. Piłsudskiego 4, Room No. 02.
