Public consultation of the project "Animal welfare programme homelessness and the prevention of animal homelessness in the Municipality In 2020, the city of Ełk was founded.
The Mayor of Ełk invites to participate in the public consultation of the project "Program for the care of homeless animals and the prevention of homelessness of animals in the municipality of Ełk in 2020".
The public consultation will be held from 16 January 2020 to 4 February 2020 until 15:30.
In public consultations,
ngos and entities referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1250/1999 shall be involved 3
Paragraph. 3 of the Act of 24 April 2003 on the activities of
public and voluntary, operating in the municipality of Ełk,
the statutory purpose of which is to protect animals.
Comments, requests and opinions from interested organisations from the city of Ełk to the project "Homeless animal care program and prevention of animal homelessness in the Municipality of Ełk in 2020" can be submitted on the public consultation form.

Individually reported comments, opinions and applications will be accepted in
Faculty of Municipal Property pok. No. 244 during the working hours of the City Council
Elk.
Comments and opinions with an impact date after February 4, 2020 will not be considered.
