In as part of the activities to help refugees from Ukraine, the Higher School of Economy Branch in Ełk m.in has launched a common room for children, in which didactic classes are carried out for children. During the work of the common room for their mothers and caregivers is available a room where coffee, tea, cakes and snacks are available. Common room open is from Tuesday to Friday from 10.00 to 16.00. However, for adults provides support in completing the documentation, provides free photocopying and the possibility of using a computer and printers.

Leads also collect books in Ukrainian and organizes targeted collections: clothing, hygiene products, foodstuffs and medicines needed by all people. Such collections are carried out in the context of reported needs.

On the WSG Library website , https://biblioteka.wsg.byd.pl/id,203/l-n-n-n-ns-z a tab on materials for people from Ukraine has been launched. Are there m.in. materials for learning the language, fairy tales and movies, audiobooks, free books and coloring books.
