Among the proposals there are sporting events such as m.in European Scooter Championships Water, XV Masurian Balloon Competition, North Star (cycling marathon) or novelties such as: Polish Championships in Water Skiing behind a motorboat, extreme obstacle course Hunt Run.

Proposals from the scope of culture includes, m.in, the Festival of Literature and Music "Ełk – will be read", Masurian Cabaret Summer "Mulatka", World Folklore Festival "Rainbow" and concerts of French, jazz, rock and blues music.
