In accordance with the law Property owners ensure that cleanliness and order is maintained by Clearing mud, snow, ice and other debris from pedestrian roads located along the property.

Let us remember, therefore, that also Individual property owners or managers are responsible for combating slippery and snow removal of adjacent terrain.

The owner of the property is not obliged to clear the pedestrian road on which paid parking or parking is allowed motor vehicles.

Particular attention should also be paid to to excess snow on the roofs of buildings, which in the situation of thaw causes the formation of overhangs and icicles threatening pedestrians and vehicles.

In case of non-compliance obligations, in accordance with the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, Property managers may be fined by the municipal services.
