Proposals They must fit into the following objectives:

• Protection the environment and improving urban mobility;

• Animation and social inclusion,

• Improvement housing conditions.

Success the process of revitalization of the center of Ełk depends on the effort of many people and entities and their various activities. Placement of the projects in the GPR may make it easier for the applicant to apply for its co-financing, e.g. from EU funds, government programs, city budget.

Proposals may report:

• Residents the revitalization area and other residents of Ełk,

• Institutions Public

• Organizations non-governmental and other entities conducting social activities in Ełk,

• Trader

• Community and housing cooperatives,

• Other stakeholders of the revitalization of Ełk.
