Union of Integrated Territorial Investments Functional Urban Area Ełk informs about the start of consultations social projects of the Integrated Territorial Investment Strategy Urban Functional Area of Ełk.

The strategy of ZIT MOF Ełk acts as a strategy territorial enabling the implementation of common tasks within the Union ZIT. This document will be the basis for the implementation of the pool dedicated to the Ełk MOF European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027.

Opened The consultation meeting will take place on 30 March this year from 16.00 to 18.00, in room "A" of the Ełk Social Revitalization Center "Stajnia" at ul. Kosciuszki 27a in Ełk.

Purpose public consultations: collecting comments, conclusions, opinions, recommendations from interested persons, organisations, entities in relation to the project Strategy ZIT MOF Ełku.

Area: Public consultations concern the Functional Urban Area of Ełk, including the Municipality of Ełk and the Municipality of Ełk.

Participants: Consultations are addressed in particular to residents, organizations, entities from both municipalities.

Dates: from 29 March to 19 April 2023

1.      Intermediate:

a.      Passing opinion by traditional mail or in person by means of a completed and signed consultation form with data processing clause, in time duration of consultations, to the address of the City of Ełk, Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Elk;

b.      Passing opinions by e-mail, during the consultation by sending a scan of the completed and signed consultation form together with a data processing clause to the e-mail address zit@um.elk.pl;

2.      Direct:

a.      Passing Opinions directly at the open consultation meeting of 30 March 16.00-18.00, in Room "A" of the Ełk Revitalization Center Social "Stable" at 27a Kościuszki Street in Ełk;

b.      Passing opinion directly during the duty hours of the Office of the ZIT MOF Ełk Association during the consultations every Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00, in premises no. 12 at 3 Małeckich Street in Ełk.

- Draft integrated investment strategy The Territorial Functional Urban Area of Ełk is available in Public Information Bulletin of the Ełk City Hall in the "ZIT MOF Ełk – Union Office" – "Strategy of Integrated Territorial Investments of the Urban Functional Area of Ełk" and laid out for inspection in the Office of ZIT MOF Ełk, in premises no. 12 at 3 Małeckich Street in Ełk.

- The public consultation will be followed by Summary report. The document will be forwarded to the Ełk City Council, made public in BIP and on the website of the City of Ełk.

- The competent authority to deal with comments and requests is the President of the City of Elk.
