Today it has been put into operation road connecting Kolonia Street with Suwalska Street. The open route runs from the Women's Rights roundabout in the Konieczki housing estate to the Jerzy Cichowicz roundabout in near McDonald's restaurants.

Starting today, availability will increase communication to Suwalska Street, the Zatorze housing estate, the economic zone and the ring road city, which will reduce traffic congestion within Sikorskiego Street.

With the opening of the Via section of the Baltica from the Ełk Południe junction (in Zdunki) to the Kalinowo junction (Wysokie), which took place in August, a section of the road that is now put into use has been shut down due to the implementation of works by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways.
