"Investment with a perspective" competition is organized by the PAP Local Government Service. The winners will be the local governments where description of the project will be voted by the most Internet users compared to the number of inhabitants (as of 1 January 2023 as reported by the Central Office of Statistical). Voting will be open until Monday, February 19, 12.00 p.m.

Goal "Investment with a perspective" competition is to promote local government investments as well as the desire to inspire others to take similar initiatives.

Ełka The investment submitted to the competition is the Revitalized Boxing Hall. Historic The sports hall, where Elk boxers once trained, now serves as a inhabitants of Ełk as a place of meetings and social integration. Building It has been renovated and thermomodernized. Inside, there is a A stage with a sound system, and outside there is illumination with boxer graphics. On implementation of the investment, the city of Ełk obtained over PLN 2.1 million in funding, in including over 1 million 912 thousand from the European Union funds. Ceremonial opening of the hall took place on February 10, 2023.

The three investments with the best results will be awarded with a statuette "Investment with a perspective", and the winner of the first place will additionally visit a PAP reporter with a camera and will document the winning venture.
