Athletic scholarships are awarded 2 times in a calendar year, or at the request of the President of the Elk. In the budget of Elk to 2018, is scheduled to be the total amount of 205.4 thousand. (the prize is 13.8 thousand PLN, sports scholarships-191.6 thousand. zł).

For proposals on scholarships, awards and honours are entitled: sports clubs, sports associations, schools, universities and other entities.

The award is recognition for:

• Player for the it level and high sports results,

• coaches and trainers for their commitment or too high results of their players,

• clubs (including acting in the form of associations), associations, institutions, high sports results or activities for the development of physical culture in Elk.

Awards are granted in the form of: statuettes, trophies, diplomas and letters of congratulation in the category: "player", "head coach/instructor" and "team sports", for outstanding sports achievements or longstanding activity for the development of physical culture.

Applications for awards and nominations can be submitted throughout the year, while applications for sports scholarships are accepted in two dates to June 15 and December 15.
