The local Government Of Elk has been working with non-governmental organisations m.in. by having the implementation of their statutory tasks.

On Thursday 29 June 2017 President Elk Tomasz Andrukiewicz ełckich met with representatives of non-governmental organisations in order to sign the contracts for the implementation of the tasks of local government in the year 2017. In the municipality of Elk agreement signed the following organizations:

Summer vacation of children and youth:

• Apprentice Sports Club CASTLING-3500 $

• Apprentice Sports Club JUNIOR-$ 3700

Physical culture and sport:

• Apprentice Inter-school sports club FPP MICRO Elk-$ 5000

The total value of grants awarded is $12 200.
